Who can write a review?

Anyone with a LinkedIn account. Authors sign in with LinkedIn, so every review is tied to a real profile.

Will people see who I am?

Your name and photo are shown with your review. If you choose to show your LinkedIn profile, readers also see your company and title and can open your profile. You can switch your public profile and LinkedIn contact on or off in your dashboard.

Can a company pay for a better rating?

No. Ratings arenโ€™t for sale: nobody can pay to add, remove or push up a review. Featured placement on the home page is paid, but it is labeled and never changes reviews or ratings.

When will my review appear?

Reviews publish immediately. Customer verification runs separately. Moderators review reports requesting removal.

Can I suggest a feature to a product?

Yes, if its team has claimed the page: open โ€œRoadmap & feedbackโ€ on the product page. Leave an email or sign in with LinkedIn; only the team sees who you are. Your suggestion goes public once the team publishes it.

Can I edit or delete my review?

You can edit it in My Reviews. Changes appear immediately, and the history shows the original and every updated version. You cannot delete an individual review after submitting it.

Can a company remove a negative review?

No. Only the author can edit a review; individual reviews cannot be deleted. The company can reply in public or report a review that breaks the rules, and SaaS.Vote moderators decide on the report.

What does โ€œVerified customerโ€ mean?

SaaS.Vote or the product team received extra proof that the author uses the product, for example through the product API or the ownerโ€™s confirmation. The method is shown next to the review.
