Real people only
Every author signs in with LinkedIn. Reviews from your own team get a separate label.
SaaS.Vote for Business
Claim your product page, confirm who your customers are and show your rating wherever buyers look.
How it works
Add your product or claim an existing page. A LinkedIn email on the product domain or our widget on your website approves ownership automatically.
Send customers a link to the review form with your product already selected. They sign in with LinkedIn and write in minutes.
Connect your API or confirm usage manually. Confirmed reviews get a visible verified-customer label.
Reply in public, add a rating badge to your site, and your product page gives search engines review markup.
For SaaS teams
Buyers read reviews before they ever talk to sales. Give them proof they can check, on SaaS.Vote and on your own site.
Connect your user base and every author is checked against it. Real customers get a “Verified Customer” label, and an attack from outside stands out.
A widget that links to your full, unfiltered profile, critical reviews included. That's why it convinces.
Answer reviews in public and run a feedback board: buyers see that you listen.
Apply for a paid placement on the home page. It is labeled and never touches your rating.
Why buyers believe it
A rating is only worth something if it can't be bought or bent. These rules are what make yours count.
Every author signs in with LinkedIn. Reviews from your own team get a separate label.
No one can pay to add, remove or push up reviews: not you, not your competitors. A paid placement doesn't change the rules.
You can answer, confirm customers and report abuse. You can't edit, hide or delete a review, and every change by its author stays visible.
Protection from review attacks
Connect a simple verification endpoint and SaaS.Vote checks each author's email against your user base. Real customers are marked; outsiders show up as unconfirmed.
Your endpoint answers yes or no for one email. Your customer list never leaves your servers.
Authors sign in with LinkedIn. Moderators review reports requesting removal.
During an unusual burst of reviews, automatic customer checks pause. Reviews still publish immediately; moderators review removal reports.
Flag a review that breaks the rules. Moderators look into it, so you never have to argue in the comments.

58Public roadmap & feedback
Every claimed product gets a feedback board. Customers suggest and vote; you decide what goes public and show that you listen.
New suggestions land on your board first. Spam and duplicates never reach the public page.
You see each author's LinkedIn profile or email and can ask for details. Visitors don't.
Ideas, bugs, integrations: public boards or team-only ones, up to ten per product.
Authors get an email when you publish their idea or change its status.
Features

Answer any review on your product page and show buyers how you treat customers.
Add managers and moderators so the whole team can work with reviews.
Flag reviews that break the rules. SaaS.Vote moderators look at every report.
A badge, a card or a minimal line for your site, in your colors and language.
Your product page includes review markup, so search engines can show your rating.
Reviews publish immediately. Moderators review reports requesting removal.
Your page shows up in categories, in search and next to your reviews in the community feed.
Only the author can edit a review, and every published version stays in its history. Individual reviews cannot be deleted. That is why buyers trust what they read on SaaS.Vote.

No. Only the author can edit a review; individual reviews cannot be deleted. The company can reply in public or report a review that breaks the rules, and SaaS.Vote moderators decide on the report.
